Program Description

LeadTender.ai enables real estate professionals to communicate with property leads and contacts via SMS text messaging as part of outreach campaigns. Messages may include property inquiries, follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and other communications related to real estate transactions.

Consent

By providing a phone number and opting in to receive messages, recipients consent to receive SMS text messages from the subscribing business using the LeadTender.ai platform. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Consent can be revoked at any time.

The subscribing business is responsible for obtaining proper prior express written consent before sending any SMS messages through the platform.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the campaign and communication needs. Recipients may receive multiple messages per week depending on the campaign configuration. Recurring messages may be sent as part of multi-step campaign sequences.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any associated costs.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Contact the sender directly and request to be removed from their messaging list.
• Email us at support@leadtender.ai with your phone number and a request to opt out.

Once you opt out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from that campaign or sender. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing, although most opt-outs are processed immediately.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via standard SMS and are compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely for the purpose of delivering messages as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Compliance

LeadTender.ai and its subscribers are committed to compliance with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and wireless carrier policies. All campaigns are subject to TCPA call window restrictions, DNC list enforcement, and automated opt-out processing.
