4. SMS and Messaging Practices

LeadTender enables its users ("Subscribers") to send SMS, ringless voicemail, and other communications to leads and contacts. The following applies to all messaging conducted through the Service:

4.1 Consent

Subscribers are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending messages to any recipient through the Service. LeadTender provides tools to help Subscribers manage consent, including opt-in tracking, suppression lists, and automated opt-out handling.

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the campaign configuration set by the Subscriber. Recipients may receive multiple messages as part of a campaign sequence.

4.3 Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, the system immediately suppresses the recipient from all future SMS communications and sends a confirmation message. Recipients can also reply HELP for assistance.

4.4 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Recipients should contact their wireless carrier for details about their messaging plan.

4.5 No Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and messaging data are used solely for the purpose of delivering the Service as directed by the Subscriber.
