DNC Status & Scrubbing
National DNC, state DNC, DMA, and known litigator flags are imported per-phone and stored in structured dncDetails. The campaign engine checks these before every outreach attempt.
Multi-Provider Support
Swap between skip trace providers (Tracerfy, BatchLeads, SkipForce) without changing your workflow. The adapter pattern means new providers plug in without touching business logic.
Upgrade-Only Semantics
Re-tracing a lead never downgrades existing data. If a phone is already marked as on the DNC list or has a line type, new trace results only upgrade — they never overwrite with less information.
Recovery Endpoints
If a trace batch fails partway through, dedicated recovery endpoints let you re-process results or re-run DNC scrubbing without re-submitting the entire batch.
